Week 3: Hip to be Square

Wow, 3 consistent weeks! I am so proud of myself. I must say that I am getting use to my weekly card making appointment. I look forward to challenges, and trying new ideas. Its really nice to have a relaxing hobby that does not involve exercise and is still productive. I use to have a really hard time justifying relaxation time. However, I have found that crafting helps to relieve stress but I don't feel it is "wasted" time (as I do when I do other things).

This weeks card was inspired by a sketch by CAS(E) this sketch! What a great way to highlight some of the smaller stamp that you have, use up old scraps of paper, or leftover die cuts from other projects. The design is simple but makes such a big impact. LOVE IT!

    1. Thanks for the tip Teresa! I recently subscribed to: http://felineplayful.blogspot.ca/

It lists all the challenges posted that day including what the challenge is. It is a huge time saver! It also posts all the winners from previous challenges. If you haven't checked it out I highly recommend it!

    1. Thank you! I will have to admit that this is the first time in my life I have been so organized with my Christmas cards. In fact other card giving opportunities have come and gone without me having any time to make any others.
